Momentum, Rhythm and Connection

Over these four weeks we will be exploring how different rhythmical and connection choices influence each other and generate interesting and creative dynamics and shapes in the dance. We will be building from familiar vocabulary into new and more complex figures, and use ad hoc exercises to strengthen movement and connection techniques.
