Cool & Effortless
This month we will be delving into the depths of powerful and cool moves and what techniques we can implement to make them feel easy and effortless - such as pulse, posture, tone, tension and energy. We will be also looking at styling - swivels and a couple variations - that you can use to bring flavour to your dance.
Suitable for those familiar with Swing-Outs and basic Lindy Hop, as well as those already comfortable on the dance floor looking to work on quality of movement or/and an extra boost of coolness.
